Cleaning Procedure

- Ensure proper use of room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) sealant. Refer to Use of Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) and Anaerobic Sealant
- Remove any RTV sealant (1) from the engine front cover using EN-28410 remover.
- Clean out debris from the bolt holes.
- Clean the engine front cover in solvent.
- Dry the engine front cover with compressed air.
