Component Testing

Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Dynamic Test

  1. Ignition ON.
  2. Install a jumper wire between the B+ terminal 5 and the enable circuit terminal 1. Install a 10 A fused jumper wire between the B+ circuit terminal 5 and 12 V. Install a jumper wire between the ground circuit terminal 4 and ground.
  3. Verify the M10 Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump activates.
    • If the pump does not activate 

      Replace the M10 Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump.

    • If the pump activates 
  4. All OK
