Installation Procedure

- Install the crankshaft position sensor (3).
- Hand start the crankshaft position sensor fastener (2).
Tighten
10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Connect the crankshaft position sensor electrical connector (1).
- Reposition the crankshaft position sensor shield (2) then hand start the fasteners (1).
Tighten
9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Install Front Cradle Shear Plate. Refer to Front Cradle Shear Plate Replacement (V Series)
- Perform the crankshaft position sensor variation learn. Refer to Crankshaft Position Variation Learn .
