Removal Procedure

    WARNING:

    Refer to Safety Glasses Warning .

  1. Use compressed air to remove debris from the camshaft position actuator solenoid valve solenoid and surrounding cavities.
  2. Disconnect the camshaft position actuator solenoid valve solenoid electrical connector.
  3. Remove the camshaft position actuator solenoid valve solenoid to engine front cover retaining bolt (1).
  4. Remove the camshaft position actuator solenoid valve solenoid (2) from the engine front cover.
