Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Air Cleaner Outlet Duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LGX) Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LF4) 
    2. Fig 1: Retainers And Engine Wiring Harness

  2. Remove Retainers (1) (Qty: 2)
  3. Reposition Engine Wiring Harness (2)
    4. Fig 2: Camshaft Position Actuator Locating Pin Control Valve, Bolt, Electrical Connector And Seal

  4. Disconnect Electrical Connector (1)
  5. Remove Camshaft Position Actuator Locating Pin Control Valve Bolt (2)
  6. Remove Camshaft Position Actuator Locating Pin Control Valve (3)
  7. Inspect the Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Valve Seal (4) Remove and DISCARD as necessary. Refer to Engine Front Cover Disassemble (LF4)Engine Front Cover Disassemble (LGX)
