Installation Procedure

  1. Install Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (3)
  2. Engage Retainer Spring (2) @ Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (3)
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    NOTE:

    Ensure the outlet duct is fully seated to the mating surfaces before clamping. Verify that the cuff is not rolled under.

  3. Install Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (1) @ Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (3) 4 N.m (35 lb in)

  4. Install Charge Air Bypass Valve Hose (2) @ Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (3)
  5. Install Charge Air Bypass Valve Hose Clamp (1) @ Charge Air Bypass Valve Hose (2) 4 N.m (35 lb in)

  6. Install Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Adapter (2) @ Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (3)
  7. Install Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Adapter Bolt (1) @ Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Adapter (2) (Qty: 2) 4 N.m (35 lb in)
