Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect Air Cleaner Outlet Duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LF4) 
  2. Disconnect Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement (LF4) 
  3. Disconnect the mass airflow sensor electrical connector.

  4. Remove Air Cleaner Upper Housing Bolts (1)
  5. Remove Air Cleaner Upper Housing (2)

  6. Release the retaining tabs (1) and slide the air cleaner element (2) forward to remove from the air cleaner upper housing (3).
