Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Camshaft. Camshaft Replacement - Right Side (LGX)

  2. Remove Valve Rocker Switching Arm (1)
  3. Remove Valve Rocker Arm (2)

    NOTE:

    If the lifters are to be reused, keep in order so they can be reinstalled in the same position.

  4. Remove Dual Feed Hydraulic Valve Adjustor (1)
    5. NOTE:

    If the lifters are to be reused, keep in order so they can be reinstalled in the same position.

  5. Remove Hydraulic Valve Lash Adjuster (2)
  6. Remove Camshaft Cleaning and Inspection
  7. Remove Valve Rocker Arm Cleaning and Inspection (LGX)
  8. Remove Valve Lifter Cleaning and Inspection (LGX)
