Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Engine Front Cover (9) - Engine Front Cover Replacement (LGX) 
    2. Fig 2: Right Timing Chain Components

  2. Remove the right side timing chain tensioner assembly (3). Camshaft Timing Chain Components Removal (LGX) .
  3. Clean and inspect all of the camshaft timing drive components. Camshaft Timing Drive Components Cleaning and Inspection (LGX) .Replace components as necessary.
