Preliminary Procedures Charge Air Cooler Cover Replacement Disconnect and reposition the vacuum supply and PCV tubes and lines. Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service Disconnect the electrical connectors.
1	Intake Manifold Bolt (Qty: 6) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
2	Intake Manifold Procedure Transfer components as necessary.
3	Intake Manifold Gasket (Qty: 6) NOTE: Use NEW gaskets.
