Component Testing

Dynamic Test

  1. Disconnect the harness connector at the Q80-Engine Mount Solenoid Valve.
  2. Install a 10A fused jumper wire between the B+ terminal 2 and 12 V. Install a jumper wire between the control terminal 1 and ground.
  3. Verify the Q80 Engine Mount Solenoid Valve turns on and off or clicks.
    • If the Q80 Engine Mount Solenoid Valve does not turn and off or click 

      Replace the Q80 Engine Mount Solenoid Valve.

    • If the Q80 Engine Mount Solenoid Valve does turn on and off or clicks 
  4. All OK
