Circuit/System Verification

  1. Verify engine oil level and engine oil pressure are within the specified ranges. Refer to Oil Pressure Diagnosis and Testing
    • If not within specified ranges 

      Repair as necessary.

    • If within specified ranges 
  2. Engine idling.
  3. Verify the Intake Camshaft Position Actuator Park Lock Solenoid Valve Circuit parameters do not display Malfunction.
    • If Malfunction is displayed 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • If Malfunction is not displayed 
  4. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
  5. Verify the DTC does not set.
    • If a DTC set 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • If a DTC does not set 
  6. All OK.
