Circuit/System Verification

Verify the engine oil level is within the specified level.
- If not within the specified level
  Repair as necessary.
- If within the specified level
Verify the engine oil pressure is within the specified range, refer to Oil Pressure Diagnosis and Testing .
- If not within the specified range
  Repair as necessary.
- If within the specified range
Engine idling at the normal operating temperature.
Verify there is no abnormal engine noise.
- If there is an abnormal engine noise
  Refer to Symptoms - Engine Mechanical for further diagnosis.
- If no abnormal engine noise
Verify no other DTCs are set.
- If other DTCs are set
  Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle for further diagnosis.
- If no other DTCs are set
Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
