Remove Instrument Panel Trim Plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Trim Plate Replacement (IOB)
1 Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet - Right Side
Procedure 
Using a suitable tool, remove the retainer.
2 Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet - Left Side
Procedure 
Using a suitable tool, remove the retainer.
