Engine Mount Vacuum Hose Replacement

Preliminary Procedure Remove the drivetrain and front suspension frame. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Removal and Installation (V-Series)Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Removal and Installation (Non V-Series) .
1	Engine Mount Vacuum Hose Fastener (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . NOTE: Disconnect the vacuum lines from the components. Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Engine Mount Vacuum Hose Procedure Remove the engine mount vacuum tank fastener. Refer to Engine Mount Vacuum Tank Replacement . Disconnect the engine mount vacuum hose retainer at the frame. Remove the engine mount vacuum hose assembly from the frame. Remove the vacuum tank and vacuum valves from the engine mount vacuum hose assembly. Remove the vacuum filter from the vacuum hose assembly.

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

NOTE:

Disconnect the vacuum lines from the components.

Tighten
9 N.m (80 lb in)

Engine Mount Vacuum Hose

Procedure

Remove the engine mount vacuum tank fastener. Refer to Engine Mount Vacuum Tank Replacement .
Disconnect the engine mount vacuum hose retainer at the frame.
Remove the engine mount vacuum hose assembly from the frame.
Remove the vacuum tank and vacuum valves from the engine mount vacuum hose assembly.
Remove the vacuum filter from the vacuum hose assembly.
