Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement .
  2. Remove the underhood electrical center.
  3. Support the engine and transmission.
    4. Fig 1: Left Transmission Mounting Bolts

  4. Remove the left transmission mount to transmission bolts (1).

  5. Remove the left transmission mount to frame rail bolts (1).
  6. Lower the transmission enough to provide clearance for the left transmission mount.
  7. Remove the left transmission mount (2).
