Circuit/System Verification

Ignition ON.
Verify DTC P0628, P069E, or U0109 is not set.
- If any of the DTCs are set
  Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
- If none of the DTCs are set
Engine at idle.
Verify the scan tool Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor parameter is between 1.9-5.0 MPa (276-725 psi).
- If not between 1.9-5.0 MPa (276-725 psi)
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
- If between 1.9-5.0 MPa (276-725 psi)
Verify the scan tool Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor and Desired Fuel Rail Pressure parameters closely match.
- If the parameters do not match
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
- If the parameters match
Move related harnesses/connectors of the B47B Fuel Rail Fuel Pressure Sensor.
Verify the engine does not stumble, stall, or change engine speed.
- If the engine stumbles, stalls, or changes engine speed
  Test or repair the suspected harness or connection.
- If the engine does not stumbles, stalls, or changes engine speed
Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify DTC P0191 is not set.
- If the DTC sets
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
- If the DTC does not set
All OK.
