1	Transmission Case Assembly WARNING: Handle with care, the transmission assembly weighs over 90.7 kg (200 lbs). Bodily injury could occur if not handled properly. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Install DT-47811-A Lift Plate Tighten bolts and nut to 12 N.m (106 lb in) Remove lock pin for DT-3289-20 Holding Fixture. Raise the transmission with an overhead hoist in order to remove the DT-46625 Transmission Holding Fixture. Lower the transmission assembly onto the transmission jack in order to remove the DT-47811-A Lift Plate. Special Tools DT-3289-20 Holding Fixture DT-46625 Transmission Holding Fixture DT-47811-A Transmission Lift Plate For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

Procedure

Install DT-47811-A Lift Plate
Tighten bolts and nut to 12 N.m (106 lb in)
Remove lock pin for DT-3289-20 Holding Fixture.
Raise the transmission with an overhead hoist in order to remove the DT-46625 Transmission Holding Fixture.
Lower the transmission assembly onto the transmission jack in order to remove the DT-47811-A Lift Plate.
