Preliminary Procedures Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac n Fill) Remove the plenum front panel. Plenum Front Panel Replacement Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
1	Heater Outlet Hose Clamp Procedure Reposition the heater outlet hose clamp (1) using the BO-38185 hose clamp pliers. Special Tools BO-38185 Hose Clamp Pliers Equivalent regional tools:Special Tools
2	Heater Outlet Hose Quick Disconnect Clip Procedure Lift the quick disconnect clip (2) up to release it from the heater outlet hose quick disconnect and remove the heater inlet hose (3) from the heater core tube.
3	Heater Outlet Hose Procedure Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac n Fill) Inspect the cooling system for leaks.
