Coolant Recovery Reservoir Hose Replacement (LFX)

Callout Component Name
Preliminary Procedure 
Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
1 Coolant Recovery Reservoir Hose Clamp (Qty: 2)
Procedure 
Disengage the tension on the coolant recovery reservoir hose clamps using the BO-38185  hose clamp pliers.
Special Tool 
BO-38185  hose clamp pliers
2 Coolant Recovery Reservoir Hose

Procedures

  1. Unclip the coolant recovery reservoir hose from the radiator surge tank.
  2. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac n Fill) .
  3. Inspect the cooling system for leaks.
