Front Side Door Upper Hinge and Lower Hinge Replacement

WARNING: Refer to SIR Warning . Preliminary Procedures Disable the supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling . Remove the front side door. Refer to Front Side Door Replacement .
1	Front Side Door Hinge Upper Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . NOTE: Replace only one hinge at a time. Tighten 25 (18 lb ft)
2	Front Side Door Hinge Upper Bolt (Qty: 2) Tighten 25 (18 lb ft)
3	Front Side Door Hinge Lower Bolt NOTE: After installation of the replacement upper hinge, from the underside of the hinge, remove the temporary keeper pivot bolt and replace with longer permanent bolt. Tighten 25 (18 lb ft)
4	Front Side Door Hinge Lower Bolt (Qty: 2) Tighten 25 (18 lb ft)
5	Front Side Door Hinge Lower Bolt (Qty: 2) NOTE: Check the door for proper alignment, then adjust as necessary. Tighten 25 (18 lb ft)
