Air Inlet Valve Actuator Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation Service and Repair.




2. Remove the recirculation actuator screws.
3. Remove the electrical connector (3) from the recirculation actuator (2).
4. Remove the recirculation actuator.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the recirculation actuator (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the screws to the recirculation actuator. Tighten the screws to 1.9 Nm (17 lb ft).
3. Connect the electrical connector (3) to the recirculation actuator (2).
4. Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation Service and Repair.
