Radiator Vent Inlet Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill).




2. Remove the vent inlet hose from the radiator.
3. Remove the retaining clips from the radiator vent inlet hose.
4. Remove the radiator vent inlet hose (3) from the coolant recovery reservoir (2).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the radiator vent inlet hose (3) to the coolant recovery reservoir (2).
2. Install the retaining clips to the radiator vent inlet hose.
3. Install the radiator vent inlet hose to the radiator.
4. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill).
