Preliminary Procedure Remove the lift gate interior trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement (Traverse) , Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement (Enclave) , Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement (Acadia) . Disconnect the electrical connector at the back up lamp applique.
1	Back Up Lamp Applique Nut (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 6 N.m (53 lb in)
2	Integral Clips (Qty: 2) TIP: Release the clips securing the lamp assembly to the liftgate outer filler panel and push outward.
3	Back Up Lamp Applique Assembly
4	Back Up Lamp Applique Assembly Gasket TIP: Ensure the gasket is in place prior to the back up lamp applique installation.
