Preliminary Procedure Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement . Remove the secondary injection shutoff valve pressure sensor. Refer to Secondary Injection Shutoff Valve Pressure Sensor Replacement . Disconnect the air pump connectors. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
1	Secondary Air Injection Pump Pipe Fastener CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution Tighten: 10 N.m (89 lb in)

Tighten: 10 N.m (89 lb in)
