Secondary Air Injection Pipe with Check Valve Installation

  1. Install the NEW secondary air injection pipe flange gasket (4).
  2. Install the secondary air injection pipe (3).
    3. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the 2 secondary air injection pipe bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  4. Install the secondary air injection check valve bracket bolt (2) and tighten to 65 N.m (48 lb ft).
