Exhaust Turbocharger Inlet Pipe Installation - Left Side

  1. Install the NEW turbocharger exhaust pipe gasket (3).
  2. Install the exhaust turbocharger inlet pipe bank 2 (2).
    3. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the 5 turbocharger exhaust pipe nuts (1) and tighten to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

  4. Install the exhaust heat shield bank 2-4-6 (2).
    5. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  5. Install the 4 exhaust heat shield bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
