Preliminary Procedures Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle . Remove the right and left catalytic converters. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side and Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side . Support the transaxle with a transaxle jack.
1	Rear Transaxle Brace Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
2	Rear Transaxle Brace Bolt Tighten: 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
