Procedure Release the locking tabs on the actuator rod. Calibrate the liftgate. Refer to Liftgate Calibration Procedure .

Remove the left side trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement (Acadia/OUTLOOK with E61) or Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement (Acadia/OUTLOOK without E61) or Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement (Enclave with E61) or Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement (Enclave without E61) .

Procedure

Release the locking tabs on the actuator rod.
Calibrate the liftgate. Refer to Liftgate Calibration Procedure .
