Engine Removal From Stand

Tools Required

• J 36857  Engine Lift Bracket. See Special Tools .

1. Bolt J 36857  to the ends of the cylinder heads. See Special Tools .

2. Lift the engine and the engine stand with a suitable hoist.
3. Remove the engine stand from the engine adapter.
4. Lower the engine to the floor. Support the engine with blocks.
5. Remove the engine adapter.
