Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Install the shift lever seal and lever.

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the shift lever bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  3. Install the insulator.
  4. Raise the transmission.
  5. Install the transmission support. Refer to Transmission Support Replacement .
  6. Install the control lever and boot. Refer to Control Lever and/or Boot Replacement .
