Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector (1).

  2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
  3. Disengage the baffle retainer and remove the baffle.

  4. Grasp the air cleaner assembly and pull up on the assembly in order to disengage the retaining pins from the grommets.
