Rear Seat Back Cushion Latch Cable Replacement (Extended Cab with AM7)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the rear bench seat. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement (Crew Cab with A68)  or Rear Seat Replacement (Extended Cab with A68)  or Rear Seat Replacement (Extended Cab with AM7) .
  2. Remove the rear seat cushion cover and pad. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (Extended Cab with AM7)  or Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (Extended Cab with A68)  or Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (Crew Cab with A68) .
  3. Remove the rear seat back cushion cover and pad. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (Extended Cab with AM7)  or Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (Extended Cab with A68)  or Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (Crew Cab with A68) .

Tip: 
  • The left side cable needs to be disconnected at the latch before the right side cable can be removed or installed.
  • Note the routing of the cable when removing for installation purposes.
