Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  1. Install the PCV hose/pipe.
  2. Install the right PCV hose/pipe bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

  4. Install the left PCV hose/pipe bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

  6. Install the PCV hose to the air inlet pipe.
  7. Position the PCV hose clamp.
  8. Install the PCV hose to the clip on the top of the turbocharger.
  9. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .

    IMPORTANT: Lubricate the end of the duct prior to installation.
  11. Remove the tape from the turbocharger openings.
  12. Install the charged air cooler inlet duct connector (4) to the turbocharger.
  13. Tighten the charged air cooler inlet duct connector to turbocharger clamp (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the clamp to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

  14. Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
