Front Output Shaft

Clean the front output shaft in cleaning solvent and air dry.
Inspect the front output shaft rear bearing race (1) for the following conditions:
- Scoring
- Pitting
- Brinelling
- Excessive wear
Inspect the front output shaft splines (2) for damage.
Replace the front output shaft if it is damaged.
