Shudder on Acceleration at Low Speed

DEFINITION: When the vehicle is accelerating at low speed a shudder occurs.
The yoke retainer strap bolts are loose or missing. Replace or tighten the yoke retainer strap bolts to specifications. Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .
The driveline joint angle is excessive or incorrectly set. Determine if the driveline angle is incorrect and correct as necessary. Refer to Diagnostic Starting Point - Vibration Diagnosis and Correction .
One or more of the universal joints are worn or damaged. Replace the universal joint. Refer to the following:
