Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Identifying Appropriate Exhaust Seals & Gaskets

Install the NEW appropriate exhaust seal (1) or gasket (2).
Install the exhaust manifold pipe, if required. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Pipe Replacement (6.0L - Cab/Chassis) .
Install the left catalytic converter, if required. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side (6.0L - Cab/Chassis) .
