Installation Procedure

IMPORTANT: The air cleaner outlet duct must be fully seated against the positive stop feature on the turbocharger inlet and also must be fully seated against the positive stop features on both sides of the air cleaner assembly.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  1. Install the air cleaner outlet duct.
  2. Tighten the outlet duct clamps at the turbocharger and the air cleaner assembly.

    Tighten:  Tighten the clamps to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
