Installation Procedure

Install the auxiliary battery negative cable to the vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Position the auxiliary battery negative cable ground terminal to the left cylinder head and install the bolt.
Tighten: Tighten the bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
Connect the auxiliary battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (w/Single Battery) or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (w/Auxiliary Battery) or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (w/Dual Batteries) .
