Installation Procedure

Install a NEW gasket to the water outlet.
Lubricate the O-ring seal with clean engine coolant.
Install the water outlet.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the water outlet bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 21 N.m (15 lb ft).
Install the radiator inlet hose. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement .
Install the air cleaner outlet resonator duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .
