Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT
  2. Remove the fan clutch. Refer to Fan Clutch Replacement (Diesel) 
  3. Disconnect the camshaft position (CMP) sensor electrical connector.

  5. Remove the fan pulley bolts/nuts.
  6. Remove the fan pulley.
