Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the fan pulley.
Install the fan pulley bolts/nuts.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts/nuts to 41 N.m (30 lb ft).

Connect the CMP sensor electrical connector.
Install the fan clutch. Refer to Fan Clutch Replacement (Diesel) .
Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
