Removal Procedure

WARNING: Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT CAUTION .
  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable from the battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure .
  2. Disconnect the battery negative cable from the auxiliary battery.
  3. Disconnect the battery positive cable from the junction block.
  4. Raise the vehicle.

  5. Remove the battery positive cable retainers from the frame.
  6. Disconnect the battery positive cable from the auxiliary battery.
  7. Remove the battery positive cable from the vehicle.
