Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 6 other vehicles, including the 2003 GMC Savana Special, 2003 GMC Savana Camper Special, 2003 GMC Savana, 2003 Chevrolet RV Cutaway, and 2003 Chevrolet Cutaway. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Install the radiator grille (1) to the vehicle.
Align the locating pins on the bottom of the radiator grille (1) with the pockets on the radiator support.
Lower the radiator grille (1) into position.
Align the locating pin and the retainers at the top of the radiator grille (1) with the slots in the radiator support.
Press the retainers into place.

CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the bolts (2) that retain the radiator grille (1) to the radiator support.
Tighten

Tighten the bolts (2) that retain the radiator grille (1) to the radiator support to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

Install the park/turn signal lamp. Refer to PARK/TURN SIGNAL LAMP REPLACEMENT (UPLEVEL VEHICLES) or PARK/TURN SIGNAL LAMP REPLACEMENT (BASE VEHICLES) .
