Removal Procedure

- Raise the vehicle.
- Remove the oil pan and filter. Refer to Automatic Transmission Fluid/Filter Replacement .
- Remove the six forward servo cover bolts, cover, and gasket.
- Remove the following parts:
- Forward servo piston pin (5)
- O-ring seal (4)
- Servo piston (3)
- Retainer (2)
- Piston spring (1)
