Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 6 other vehicles, including the 2003 GMC Savana Special, 2003 GMC Savana Camper Special, 2003 GMC Savana, 2003 Chevrolet RV Cutaway, and 2003 Chevrolet Cutaway.   1. Position the seat adjuster (2) to the seat cushion frame (1).
    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the bolts to retain the seat adjuster (2) to the seat cushion frame (1).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  3. Position the seat cushion (1) and the seat adjuster (2) to the seat riser (4).
  4. Install the nuts (3) to retain the seat adjuster to the seat riser.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the nuts (3) to 45 N.m (33 lb ft).

  5. Connect the electrical connectors to the power seat motors, if equipped.
