Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
  2. Remove the generator. Refer to GENERATOR .
  3. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
  4. Reposition the coolant air bleed hose clamp at the throttle body.
  5. Remove the coolant air bleed hose from the throttle body.

  6. Reposition the coolant air bleed hose clamp at the pipe.
  7. Remove the coolant air bleed hose (1) from the pipe (2).
