Installation Procedure

  1. Install the intermediate shaft seal (1) to the intermediate shaft bearing (2).

  2. Install the intermediate shaft bearing. Refer to Intermediate Steering Shaft Bearing Replacement .
  3. Remove the J-42640 from the steering column lower access hole.
