Rear Output Shaft Seal Replacement

Preliminary Procedure Remove the rear propeller shaft. Refer to Rear Propeller Shaft Replacement .
1	Transfer Case Output Shaft Seal Procedure Remove the seal using a flat-bladed tool. Install the seal with the notch at the top and the weep hole at the bottom. Transfer Case Output Shaft Seal

Procedure

Remove the seal using a flat-bladed tool.
Install the seal with the notch at the top and the weep hole at the bottom.

TIP: Use the appropriate seal installer depending on application.
