Circuit/System Verification

- With the engine running, monitor the following ignition coil control circuit status parameters with a scan tool:
- Ignition Coil 1, 2, and 3 Control Circuit Short to Ground Test Status
- Ignition Coil 1, 2, and 3 Control Circuit Open Test Status
- Ignition Coil 1, 2, and 3 Control Circuit Short to Voltage Test Status
- Each parameter should display OK.
- With the engine running, observe the Misfire Current counters with a scan tool.
- The counters should not be incrementing.
- Operate the vehicle within the conditions for running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that are captured in the Freeze Frame/Failure Records Data List.
